I have just read this book from cover to cover. For me it will be a reference/source book because it is information dense but very clear . There is a real common sense, down to earth, logical and informative approach to health and wellbeing issues for women of all ages. It is visually appealing, very clearly set out and covers all the things you need to know about medicine, common therapies, health choices. It demystifies the current common choices and then covers the sorts of ailments which crop up regularly and that you need to guard yourself against. Having it all in one well researched and clearly articulated book is a tribute to Dr. Penny Stanway. She knows how to get through to women. There is all sorts of information about how to improve yourself, your wellbeing, your health and fitness. It’s no nonsense and for me, it will be a good friend!
