That’s what I like to see. A show that shows you how to get there. How to be your own personal hero. When they all had to do those 73 flights of stairs of the World Tower I felt for them. Damien is just amazing. He just does it. He has only reached the weight the others were at aat the beginning of the show, but he just gets in there and does it along with the rest of them. Doesn’t give up, faces his fears and just does it and look at him now. He and Munnalita were so emotional when they saw the cardboard versions of their former selves. So emotional. I had the Kleenex out. You could see that more than anyone they had been fighting demons who made them feel so unworthy. Damien has toughed it out. Munnalita has taken her anger, that she talked about, and directed it towards others. Why is she so angry? Why is Damien so sad? The others seem to have made the mental adjustments in a smoother way but Chris, too, didn’t like being confronted with his previous existence. He wanted it to go away. Fantastic show. A fantastic way to show people that by being their own personal hero they can really feel good about themselves…and look at how much more relaxed their faces are now. Poor buggas having to do that all again…but this time they know they can. It really will be triumphant. So, The Biggest Loser this week has been about the biggest winners…and that is what I like to see. The negativity needs to go because how much better are they and we without it?
