This is my last blog review in terms of what I had planned. The master plan is to keep a wellbeing blog going because that in itself is a challenge according to what I can see. To help me focus I decided to review my blog every month for the first 6 months. Well, I am not even the same person now and 6 months down the track I can safely say this blog has kept my thoughts in order with regard to getting there. This last month has been quite an adventure. I have explored food, water, minerals, alternatives to mainstream ideas, green initiatives, stress busting and celebrating the good things which have come into our lifestyle. It’s been interesting and informative. This blog really does help keep me positive and it makes me realise there are a lot of things and people out there who are positive and do have a lot of expertise which they are willing to share to make our lives and our world better. I have decided I do not have time for the negatives and we need to shut that counterproductive thinking and behaviour down. The stuff which pulls us down and makes us feel hopeless. No, stick together I say and get here!
