Hatha Yoga on

Hatha Yoga on “How you perceive life determines how you feel about it. Garbage in, garbage out… as they say.”

Even though the author of this is much older now, the enthusiasm for life and the belief in yoga is eloquently expressed. Yoga is something which can benefit you at any age and you start to understand its real benefits as you come back to it time and time again during your life. If you are not in favour of gyms, if you can’t see yourself jogging yourself to fitness, then have a look at Yoga again. It is something you can practice and master in your own way and your own time. It does help. It does centre you emotionally and it does slowly but surely benefit your health. It can be practiced in a big way, but it can also be practiced modestly.

“Do thy work in the peace of Yoga and, free from compulsive desires, be not moved in success or in failure. Yoga is evenness of mind – a peace that is ever the same.
