Use it or lose it. Engage in some decent strength training and get your own human growth hormone to keep you young. A lot of older people seem to be walking. You see them all the time. Some people just let themselves get old and don’t move around enough because they are old. Active older people always looks younger and are more animated. Strength training is something you can build up and it can be a challenge. You can see yourself get stronger and you can see yourself feel better.
