Peer pressure reduces teenage tragedies: research

Peer pressure reduces teenage tragedies: research : “PhD student Lisa Buckley says 360 year nine students reported a decrease in risk-taking behaviour after completing the two-week program called ‘Looking after your friends’.”

It’s good to know this has become an area of research because we seem to have a lot of young people who put themselves and others at risk. It’d be good to know why this happens and obviously Lisa Buckley has put some strategies together which will help teenagers help each other to become more positive. We need more of this.
