National Vegetarian Week

Recipes – Cuisine.com.au: “Now the inaugural National Vegetarian Week aims to bring this joy to thousands of meat-eating Aussies.”

This is a good site for recipes if you are looking to be inspired. I always keep a few recipe sites on hand for the times when I just cannot think. I am glad we are having a week to focus on vegetarian meals. It saves carbon and vegetable dishes can do you the world of good. I don’t eat a lot of meat and love my fruit and vegetables and vegetarian recipes are the way to go because vegetarians are good at making vegetables taste delicious. These stuffed capsicums sound delicious. A tasty inexpensive meal. The trick is to source the freshest vegetables you can. They taste so different.
