Researchers have at least identified why some garlic supplements are beneficial and some are not. I love garlic and the Italians have know about it for a long time. Garlic is used in a lot of cultures and tends to have a bit of a legendary status. The researchers have clarified how this all works and it means supplements will be more consistent. I just love to eat it and have it in my cooking!
