The Reach Out site is in itself a goldmine of help and support for young people suffering from mental illness or for those who want to help their friends. it is informative, practical and has a very large network. It really does reach out and it has been more than helpful in helping us help young people with mental health conditions. it has enabled understanding . There is now a game which can help which you reach at Reach Out Central. Well worth a look.
