Cafe goes carbon neutral

Cafe goes carbon neutral : “SYDNEY: A Katoomba cafe will no longer leave any permanent carbon footprint from its operations after going through a rigorous carbon audit by the Carbon Reduction Institute (CRI).”

Katoomba Fresh Expresso is a pretty gutsy business. It’s been through a carbon audit, nearly had a heart attack from the levels of carbon it produces, but really has looked upon this as a challenge. I should like to think this is the start of a great new trend where businesses enthusiastically embrace the carbon challenge. Responsible business is the way to go and I hope they are rewarded with more patronage than they can manage!
