Diet beers a waste of time : “Recent figures show the popularity of low-carb beers has increased by 139 per cent in the past year, with brands such as Pure Blonde, Hahn Super Dry and Bondi Blonde contributing to the surge.”
It’s partly getting to get people to make the right choices first and then letting them look at the overall picture. Getting low carb, low sugar, low fat options into the regular food intake is step one. You then have to look at the energy output and your need for fuel. It’s really important to get our food intake balanced and sane and some people just can’t take in all the information so I guess a logical step plan is the way to go and it’s also why some diet regimes work because they automatically count the things which need counting. There has to be an easy way of portraying this so people can make it second nature. Like the food pyramid, the 5 veggie serves a day . I have got friends and family to swap to low alcohol beer just by only getting a particular beer and when they drink it , they all comment how nice it is …so then they get it now as well. Word of mouth works and then you instil the good habits.
