Given the Biggest Loser is due to start at the weekend this is yet another thing we can use to motivate ourselves to get off our bottoms and get moving. One of the things which is noticeable as you watch the Biggest Loser is how much younger they look by the end. The strain is off their bodies and they often lose a lot of emotional baggage with that weight too. If exercise keeps you young…go for it!
