We’ve had at least one show dealing with fat children. We’ve had the Biggest Loser for the late teens to under 50s. So far we have nothing to guide the oldies. The 55+ who are just as entitled to know how to cope with the intricacies of ageing and health and age related loss of condition. Since we are an ageing population right across the planet, it would be great to include our seniors in this kind of healthy lifestyle programme so they too can benefit from expert ideas and advice.
