You only have to watch our live shows to know that tears and blubbing are the order of the day here. We have people right on the edge and who are not balanced. We have a joyless existence because the highs are too high and then there is a lot of self criticism and pushing, pushing, pushing. No time to relax and do things at a sensible pace. No wonder heart problems have resurfaced big time. We are never adequate and we are never good enough. This article gives you plenty to ponder but we need to get to the bottom of our national malaise . We need to kick back and relax and take things in our stride. Pushing us to breaking point is not really creating an inspirational, productive environment and high drama becomes very wearing and yet people seem incapable of just holding it together in a balanced,happy way.
