Yes, as technology takes over we are spending more time on our backsides and that can squash your insides as well! No wonder we feel tired and uninspired . We are becoming chained to desks and then there is this expectation you will have a car to do this and that …so there isn’t even the time walking to and from public transport. It’s hard to alternate standing and sitting if you are on a computer. We are going to have to think about this because we shall just be creating more absenteeism for ourselves.
