Safety first, then the job

Safety first, then the job : “PSYCHOLOGICAL testing of potential employees to identify risk takers, stress addicts, closet thugs and other problematic personalities is emerging as the latest weapon in the war against workplace accidents. One person dies almost every day as a result of workplace injury, according to figures from the Australian Safety and Compensation Council (ASCC).”

I don’t think testing ill fix the problem. It’s about how our society is operating. We have been an economy so much of our community skill and awareness has been backbenched. Lots of children have been brought up and they do not have this thing called common sense and awareness of others. They do not see themselves as apart of a team and they do not know what a team means. Human error is lack of thought, lack of knowledge, lack of awareness, lack of independence. I think we’ll need more than tests because our figures are pretty bad.
