Reprogram your sweet tooth

Reprogram your sweet tooth : “Sweetness was a clue that a food was ripe, safe (bitter could mean toxic) and contained sugar that could be converted to glucose – important food for the brain.”

You know if you have brought up children that they just go for the sweet things all the time. Doesn’t matter how much good stuff you put in their mouths and heads…the sugery, sweet things are just like magnets. So we do have a bent towards sweet things. I think you lose it as you get older and I think you can reprogramme yourself. I also believe everyone has their own tolerance. The second thing is that you lose weight and the third is that you can then be content with one nice sweet thing every so often. Nothing much, just a modest portion…and you discover fruit can be just as nice, in fact better. This article explains how your biology can be trained to work with you.
