Young at higher risk of heart disease

Young at higher risk of heart disease : “In the US, the UK and Australia, the evidence is that while death rates continue to fall among the old, they are levelling off or rising among men and women aged 35 to 54 who have ignored warnings about junk food, smoking and excessive drinking.”

Not very smart, are we? We need to get the information out there again. We need to remind people they are in control of this and we need a bit more of a can do approach because having a heart condition can often be the result of just accepting your fate. You can claw your way back out of daft decisions!
