The Biggest Loser 2008

Put a puppy in the den and it will chew your slippers. Take it away from its owners and it will pine. Sam is a hoot. He does really well on the game aspect of the show and uses his brain. He was stolen but he is not owned. You belong where you belong. So who put the sweets in Garry’s mouth? Did the others fall for it? Did the others work out what was going on? It was a cruel temptation. Very cruel but no one made Garry make the decision to eat. He did that by himself. It was a hard show to watch because the choice to eat and see their family was obviously a very hard thing for them to endure, but the bulk of them did endure it and luckily they saw their families anyway. But Garry and Sam were just human and poor Alison was just torn apart emotionally and it was sad to see her be so hurt and yet, it’s a credit to her that she does care that much and can feel that strongly. It was for the most part a show where they could redeem themselves and if Garry lashed out it was because he felt shame. So much easier to lash out and blame someone else than look at your own inability to stand strong…or just be human and know your family is the thing you choose. Not a good choice. Quick rewards versus long term gain. Strategically the others showed some sense and strength in the face of adversity. Yes! Bring on the Black Team!!
