Nicola showed some real personal strength for the first time tonight and given she was working with Cosi who had lost the most weight in the house and who is acknowledged as the fittest, well ,what they lacked in strategy they more than made up for in strength and determination. Kirsten and Michael for the Blues were carrying more body weight as well as the tyres so the early lead turned into a loss because overall they had to lug much more weight uphill with each load of tyres. Their biology was against them even though they remained consistent , determined and effective. So the Red team won the certain death challenge and someone from the Blues will go home immediately. Bit harsh, but those are the rules. Initially I thought this was to even up numbers with the 3 Blacks coming back but it would appear there is another elimination on Monday after Sunday’s weigh in so who knows what twists and turns are coming up. Our Biggest Loser gets there in the end but they like to surprise people, that’s for sure and there is no slumming it with strategy this year! As for the weigh in? It looks like the Reds except Cosi are still carrying a lot of weight. The Blues are trimming down and Jon and Sean are noticeably different and that’s good. They need to be. So hurry up Blacks…this is going to be fun. Will Michael go like it would appear from the shorts? He really isn’t able to put himself on the line. He has lost any faith he might have had to be the winner , to be on top of a challenge. He doesn’t see himself as a winner and cops out. He feels unworthy. Someone has really pulled him down in his life and knocked his spirit.
