High GI diet linked to heart disease

High GI diet linked to heart disease : “A team of nutrition experts at the University of Sydney evaluated 37 diet studies involving nearly two million people worldwide to analyse the effect of eating high GI foods, which are usually highly processed.”

It is a massive study and so cannot be countered very easily at all. It tells us what we already know but some people just don’t believe it unless you have the evidence. There is more than enough evidence here to make you make the switch to a low GI diet. get onto it. Make the change .Do it now. It’s as simple as swapping sweet potatoes for potatoes. It is not that hard and you will find yourself feeling so much better because you will be taking the wear off your system.
