The Biggest Loser 2008

It was horrible to see Alison eat herself sick. Green. She looked green and it was awful. I hope aversion therapy works. Some people just can’t get past their food fixation. Garry appears to have succeeded at last and that is a great breakthrough. I hope it works. Until you address the reasons for the over eating I guess these people are always vulnerable. Adro seems to have conquered it for good. He looks different, he sounds different and he looks so darn happy . That’s over two years ago now.It would take others time to conquer their demons but the show has put a lot of sense into them. I almost cried when Bryce crashed out of his yoga pose when Shannan said his father would be proud of him. It was so sudden and such a crash and you could feel his pain. He has locked his grief up so tightly. It explains why Bryce is frightened to lighten up, why he is always guarded and why he hates nastiness. In his world there is no father and he is young. I know how that feels. It’s a terrible age to lose your father suddenly and it is like a 10 tonne truck running over you and you are that numb. He seems to trust Shannan. I hope that can help him because he has such a long way and I’d like to see someone take Cosi on and straighten him out. It would be eminently satisfying. Playing them as singles is a great move. Stops water loading. Stops hiding out behind others and ,as Shannan said, the yellow line is a great leveller. They are now accountable. Can’t wait for tomorrow. It will be fantastic to see the previous contestants back in action and it will lift the game of those in the house. The heat is on!!! Love it…and the fact we might see Bob and Jillian back in action. They are good.
