The Biggest Loser 2008

I bet Sam gave a lot of thought about what went on there in the challenge tonight. His face looked hurt and then a lot wiser. He realises now he is right at the bottom of the pecking order but not as low as Bryce and Michelle who only have each other. That must feel awful for them. The programme sent them to LA and they have been judged harshly for it ever since even by Shannan and Michelle, so it’s quite an unfair disadvantage the show has given them in the light of things.Sam, though, has realised tonight that he doesn’t have the support of the men and he doesn’t have Kirsten’s support because she’d rather help Alison when Garry was already helping her. That must have been quite a painful eye opener for Sam. The contest gave everyone a chance to know in advance where the allegiances were. Cosi and Garry were ensuring Kirsten and Alison were not last…hoping no doubt to ensure some allegiance in any final voting and this pointy end of the show…and it’s certainly pointy. The daggers are out. I felt sorry for Michelle and Sam having to lug poles. That is so much harder than the other things and tyres weren’t so easy either because of their size and the number. Bryce did well. Cosi must be pretty strong to lug all those water bottles. A tonne is a tonne but the shape of the articles came into play ergonomically when it came to lugging so much stuff over a distance. I dare say Michelle will be the one to weigh in and then go under the yellow line. She may even get voted out because people don’t seem to like her other than Bryce. Or maybe it’s a case than at this stage the Black team really are untouchable and have been reinforced in their outcast position. I’d like to see Cosi eliminated before Garry . The two of them are about themselves which is not surprising given its their weight, their health and their 200 000 dollars. I would think the money would be looming big at this stage. This is why Michelle was so remarkable for putting her health first and the friendships on the show instead of taking the money and running. I am thinking she might think otherwise at the moment because this week has had some harsh lessons.Michelle has quietly come a very long way in the show. She needs more encouragement.
