Diet and educational performance

Diet : “‘This study extends current knowledge in this area by demonstrating the independent importance of overall diet quality to academic performance,’ the researchers conclude.”

It’s not surprising that proper diet enhances performances in tests. We seem to need scientific evidence to take notice of what ought to be common sense. We take better care of our pets and performing animals than we do of our children. We know to look after race horses and breeding animals. We consider carefully how we are feeding our dogs, cats and birds. Overall , all this evidence is starting to sink in because a lot of parents now are much more careful with how they feed themselves and their children. It has taken a lot of research to get this message through, but they are still out here researching and they are still bringing us useful information.
