Yes, keep fit and have a glass of wine or beer. Once again the facts are put before us. Researchers just keep giving us the information. So you have to wonder what the blocks are to companies and the general public not heeding some of this advice? Is it a time thing where people just don’t get the time to read this information? Is it because they are doing too much and then prioritise and so health information is lost on the list of priorities? Are companies so busy doing they haven’t got time to incorporate new, updated information? Researchers are working hard to find ut things which will improve our lifestyle and health. Why then do we have so much ill health? We need some infopreneurs to work out how to get this information efficiently intot he mainstream.
