Blogging makes you feel good

I know that! But the research is there now! I am surprised that they didn’t include Facebook because that really does operate in a very positive way. The social networking  and online journal apps really do give people a sense of purpose, a sense of belonging and an opportunity to explore ideas. It does make you feel well and it certainly makes you more alert and interesting! Lots of these applications are judged to be for young people, but that simply isn’t the case. They can be for everyone. It is up to you to get your online profile going in a way that pleases you…and that is part of the fun.
