Preparing for the long haul

I am actually going to do some advance planning. I have a really long day tomorrow. LONG. It happens from time to time so this time I need to think ahead. What are 5 things I can do to make me not just survive, but actually manage the day.
1. Eat a good breakfast.
2. Drink plenty of water.
3. Check I am breathing properly!
4. Stop and chat more often .
5. Get up and walk around in the fresh air , if only for a few moments.
I’ll see if it works. The main thing is not to get intot he headset of dreading it. Literally take it how it comes and live in the moment!
