Striking the balance

When you work full time and then you have a home to keep it can become wearing. The trick is never to become enslaved and to know that there are boundaries and limits. It means standing strong sometimes and insisting you have your own time to stop and just do whatever you please. In a weekend how much time should you spend cleaning and maintaining a home for the family and then how much time should you spend on work as well? In the end it would mean there is little time and energy for yourself . No wonder people get down, worn out and to the stage they just cannot cope any more. In the end, if you are working, you have to be realistic with what you have to do so that you have some time just to be yourself…and why does that seem so wrong these days?
