Blueberries

Blueberries are just delicious whether it’s winter or not. They hit the spot, but the great thing about blueberries is they are really good for you too. True Blue  gives you all  the nutritional information to let you know they have fibre, anti oxidants and potassium. There is also evidence to suggest they improve your levels of concentration, your mental acuity and your memory. So now I am happy to drink my blueberry juice, dive into the blueberry pancakes and muffins, spread my blueberry jam on my wholemeal toast and enjoy my blueberry yogurt and icecream. Fancy something so delicious being so good for me and my thinking!!
