You don’t have to be a runner or an athlete to work on your mobility and flexibility. It is important to work on these aspects of your physical fitness on a regular basis as you grow older. It helps you to keep your balance, to strengthen your body and to allow you more freedom of movement. It also gives you something to do when you feel your body is getting too stiff. This site is good because it has pictures. people can see from pictures and videos what to do and that is a huge plus of the internet. Maybe you can’t do all these exercises. Maybe you can do only one. Do that one and then pick another one. Pick three and work on those. Sometimes it takes a few days to get your body to co operate. Never push it or force it, just work with it.
