Top Health Tips

The good thing about health tips is you can get information around quickly which will help to keep everyone more alert to what they are doing and how they are doing it. Top tips tend to become common knowledge and so it is a very effective way of educating people into better health habits. This site has 30 of them and I found 2 I wasn’t familiar with that I can quickly add to my daily routine and then the others were good reminders to keep me on the ball. I shall remember to increase selenium intake and I shall start humming!!
