Recognising low potassium

In this short video Nancy Dell explains extremely well how to get potassium into your diet. Low levels can make you feel very tired and unwell. It is important if you are on medications like diuretics that you pay attention to keeping your levels of potassium up. This is an excellent example of a very easy to understand , well thought out, informative video.
