Exercise for seniors

This little video shows just how confident seniors can become if they have been taught how to strengthen their muscles and how to become co ordinated. On Mothers’ Day one of the things you can do for your older Mum is help her keep happy and well. She has given you the gift of life which you can never really repay – but you can give her the gift of a more confident old age. A lot of older people lose their sense of balance and feel frail. This is a very short video which teaches us a lot. Share it! Some of these exercises would be good for office workers too!
